Renovations don't usually go the way they're promised.
Quotes change once the job starts. Trades come and go, and no one seems to own the outcome. You're left chasing updates, wondering if the date you were given still stands, and hoping the number on the quote is still the number you'll pay.
You don't want a design statement. You want the job done properly, on the terms you agreed to, without it taking over your life.
That’s our job
Tier Built manages your renovation from the first site visit right through to final handover.
One team. One point of contact.
A better way to renovate.
Interior renovations built around the way you live
What we do
A bathroom that works properly, looks considered and holds up for years, without you having to manage the chaos of getting there.
Bathrooms
The heart of the home, renovated properly: practical, well planned, and built to handle the way you actually live.
Kitchens
Small space, same standard. A laundry that's finally functional, organised and considered, not an afterthought.
Laundries
Coming from a plumbing background, we also handle additions and relocations most homeowners don't realise are achievable, an extra toilet, a second ensuite or moving a laundry, giving you more from your existing space without a full rebuild.
The tier Built Standard
Your home deserves more than a good-looking finish.

How it works
Clear from the start
Step One
Get in touch
Fill out an enquiry form or call directly, whichever you're more comfortable with. It's a conversation starter, not a sales pitch.
Step two
Site visit & quote
We schedule a visit, chat through your project needs, scope the job properly, and get you a clear quote within 3 days.
Step Three
Lock in your date
Once the quotes accepted and the contracts signed, we schedule the job and provide a project outline including our timelines.
Step Four
We deliver
The job runs to the timeline with transparency and respect, with minimal disruption to your household.
The person behind tier built
17 Years in the Trade. One Clear Standard.
We understand, because we've spent 17 years watching renovations handled badly by people who never had to live with the outcome.
Tier Built started in general plumbing and grew into full interior renovations and additions through years of real jobs and personal renovations. Now licensed and based in Geelong, we operate as a dedicated renovation business, not a generalist picking up reno work on the side.
“Tier Built made the whole process easy. Great communication, high quality work and the finished bathroom is exactly what we were hoping for. ”
